Obituary For JACKLYN BRAGG
Jackie Hardamon-Bragg, born in Fresno, CA, on February 21, 1962, was a dedicated caregiver, devoted mother, and grandmother who passed away leaving a legacy of love. Jackie was born to parents Jackson Hardamon Jr and Mary (Jackson) Hardamon.
Anyone who grew up on Lotus knew Jackie and her siblings—on any given day, you could find them tossing rocks over the overpass or racing each other to see who was the fastest. In her early years, Jackie played volleyball and ran track, and when she wasn’t on the court or the field, she was often on the road supporting her family’s business, Hardamon Charter Service or Knapp Buslines.
Jackie attended Kirk Elementary, Tehipite Middle School, and McLane High school, Jackie loved helping others, so much so that she made a career out of it. She worked as a teacher’s aide for many years at Fresno Unified School District working with special needs children. She relocated to Washington where she worked at the Almond Roca factory in Tacoma as a packaging specialist. Jackie finished out her career as a care giver working for IHSS. She cared for several patients throughout the years where she made a strong and lasting impact and developed lifetime friendships with her passion for helping others..
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jackson Hardamon Jr and Mary Hardamon; her brother, Tilimon Edward Hardamon; and her nephew, De’Mar Isiah Hursey. She leaves behind her loving husband, Kenny Bragg; her son, Lawrence Anthony Ball (Fresno, CA) and her daughter Sabrina Ball‑James (Naples, FL); and her siblings, Jackson “Guy” Hardamon, Lolita Hardamon, Derrick Hardamon, Tylyn Hardamon, Jay Jarvis Hardamon, and Taneesha Marie Hardamon, all of Fresno, CA.
Jackie was blessed with 13 grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply:

Her legacy of love extends to her cherished nieces—Detria, Jenifer, Delinda, and Phoenix—and her nephews, Aundre, Josh, Jack, TJ, and Malik.
She also held a deep and enduring love for her cousins, including Calvin, Keda, Joyce-Ann, Tricia, and many others whose names continue that cherished list.
