On November 1st, I was awakened with some heartbreaking news. My beloved mother, a radiant and resilient woman, passed away peacefully from cancer. Her unwavering strength during her two-year battle against the disease has left an indelible mark on my heart, providing solace in her memory. Witnessing her transformation from a vibrant and independent woman to a serene and dependent soul was a poignant reminder of life’s preciousness. Despite the challenges of this year, her legacy of courage and perseverance endures. She was an exceptional grandmother to her grandchildren, A loving sister to her siblings, nieces and nephews, a caring daughter towards her mother, and a wonderful mother to myself always going above and beyond for everyone. Their deep love and loss for her will be profound. I find comfort in knowing that she now rests in eternal peace, free from pain. Though I’m not ready to let her go, I understand that she deserves this peace. I will continue to feel her love and guidance as she watches over me and her beloved grandchildren, carrying her legacy forward. Rest in peace, Mommy, knowing you’ll forever be in our hearts
